A COLLABORATION BUILT WITH INTENTION

Tattoo School by Tinta Maestra was created through a collaborative alliance with Under The Vøid: Tinta Maestra's training experience is integrated into UTV's professional environment, working standards, and culture of precision.

Training takes place inside an active studio, combining technical guidance, progressive practice, and a methodology built around the realities of the craft.

LEARN THE CRAFT.
DEVELOP YOUR JUDGMENT.

In-person, level-based training designed to build technical, safety, and visual foundations through guided practice, progressive exercises, and direct feedback.

02 / PROGRAM

THE PROGRAM

A training system structured across three progressive levels. Each stage builds on the previous one to develop technique, judgment, and safety before advancing to supervised practice on real skin.

LEVEL 01 — FOUNDATIONS & SAFETY

Introduction to the machine, skin, and linework. Hygiene, workstation setup, and the fundamentals of basic linework.

  • Safety and sanitation protocols
  • Skin anatomy and healing
  • Machine setup and handling
  • Technical linework and consistency

LEVEL 02 — TECHNICAL CONTROL

Shading, composition, and depth. Transitions, texture, and visual reading of the piece.

  • Shading and gradients
  • Composition and proportion
  • Texture, volume, and tonal reading
  • Working across different body areas

LEVEL 03 — INTEGRATION & PRACTICE

Authorship, consultation, and project direction. Preparation for supervised practice on real skin.

  • Consultation and custom design
  • Adapting the design to the body and anatomy
  • Full-session management
  • Internal readiness assessment for supervised practice
03 / METHOD

OUR METHOD

Training combines theory, demonstration, and guided practice. Each participant receives direct feedback on their work to correct habits, reinforce technique, and build visual judgment.

Safety and responsibility are foundational throughout the process: no exercise advances until the participant demonstrates control over sanitation protocols and workstation management.

GUIDED PRACTICE

Progressive exercises on synthetic surfaces with direct technical supervision at every stage.

SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

Sanitation protocols, material handling, and workstation management form the foundation of every session.

DIRECT FEEDBACK

Ongoing review with specific corrections designed to build technical consistency.
