These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Under The Vøid Tattoo Studio website, as well as requests, reservations, payments, and certain services managed through its digital channels.

01 / IDENTIFICATION & SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Under The Vøid Tattoo Studio website, as well as requests, reservations, payments, and certain services managed through its digital channels.

Under The Vøid Tattoo Studio operates commercially at:

Avenida Río Mayo 803 Colonia Vista Hermosa Cuernavaca, Morelos, México.

Contact email:

media.utv.studio@gmail.com

Hereinafter, "Under The Vøid", "UTV", "the studio", or "we".

These Terms complement, but do not replace, the informed consents, privacy notices, technical assessments, and specific conditions that apply to each service.

02 / NATURE OF THE SITE

The Under The Vøid website allows, among other functions:

  • — learn about the studio's services and artists;
  • — view portfolios and visual content;
  • — request or book appointments;
  • — check availability;
  • — pay deposits or make payments when applicable;
  • — request information and enrollment for Tattoo School;
  • — access the supervised-practice booking calendar;
  • — review policies, contact information, and legal documents.

Submitting a request for information does not by itself constitute acceptance of a project, price, or reservation.

An appointment is considered booked when the corresponding process has been completed and the required deposit or payment has been made.

03 / USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

The user is responsible for providing truthful, current, and sufficient information to process their request.

UTV may request additional information when necessary to:

  • — identify the person;
  • — assess a project;
  • — confirm a reservation;
  • — verify age requirements;
  • — evaluate the technical feasibility of the procedure;
  • — prepare an informed consent;
  • — comply with health obligations.

Personal data and, where applicable, sensitive personal data will be processed in accordance with Under The Vøid's Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

04 / TATTOOS

Each tattoo project is assessed individually.

The price may depend, among other factors, on:

  • — artist;
  • — dimensions;
  • — complexity;
  • — level of detail;
  • — style;
  • — body placement;
  • — estimated duration;
  • — number of sessions;
  • — particular characteristics of the project.

Quotes remain valid as long as the substantial conditions of the project do not change.

If the client modifies or adds significant elements to the design, size, placement, composition, level of detail, or other previously agreed characteristics, the quote may be revised before performing the procedure.

Visual references provided by the client serve as guidance and do not necessarily imply an identical reproduction.

The final proposal is adapted to the anatomy, scale, composition, and technical feasibility of the project.

05 / DESIGN & PRESENTATION

For custom projects, the final design is presented to the client directly at the studio.

Under The Vøid is not obligated to send the final design file in advance.

During the appointment, reasonable adjustments may be made regarding:

  • — scale;
  • — placement;
  • — composition;
  • — visual reading;
  • — anatomical adaptation;
  • — technical feasibility.

When requested changes substantially modify the original scope, a new assessment of price, time, or date may be required.

06 / BOOKING DEPOSIT — TATTOO

To confirm a tattoo appointment, a deposit of:

$500 MXN.

The deposit is deducted in full from the final price of the project.

The deposit is non-refundable when the cancellation is attributable to the client, subject to applicable law to the contrary.

The booking platform may use the expression:

"Total amount MX$500".

Within that platform, "Total amount" represents exclusively the total deposit amount required to confirm the reservation.

It does NOT represent the total price of the tattoo.

The final cost of the project is determined through the corresponding assessment.

07 / RESCHEDULING — TATTOO

An appointment may be rescheduled using the same deposit when the request is made at least:

48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

The same deposit may be applied to a maximum of:

2 RESCHEDULES.

A third request for change will require a new deposit to book another date.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.

08 / BOOKING DEPOSIT — PIERCING

To confirm a piercing appointment, a deposit of:

$300 MXN.

The deposit is deducted in full from the final price of the service.

The deposit is non-refundable when the cancellation is attributable to the client, subject to applicable law to the contrary.

The booking platform may use the expression:

"Total amount MX$300".

Within that platform, "Total amount" represents exclusively the total deposit amount required to confirm the appointment.

It does NOT necessarily represent the total price of the service.

The same rescheduling conditions applicable to tattoos apply to piercings:

  • — minimum 48 hours' notice;
  • — maximum 2 reschedules using the same deposit;
  • — a third reschedule requires a new deposit;
  • — cancellation or change with less than 48 hours' notice results in forfeiture of the deposit.

09 / PIERCINGS & JEWELRY

Piercings performed by Under The Vøid include initial implant-grade titanium jewelry corresponding to the booked procedure.

Certain specialty pieces, designs, sizes, or configurations may be subject to availability.

Not every jewelry piece is necessarily suitable for use as initial jewelry.

The final selection will depend, among other factors, on:

  • — anatomy;
  • — type of piercing;
  • — dimensions;
  • — material;
  • — expected healing characteristics;
  • — piercer's technical judgment.

When the client requests a specialty piece, its availability and feasibility must be reviewed before the procedure.

10 / PUNCTUALITY & DELAYS

The client must arrive on time for their appointment.

There is a maximum tolerance of:

20 MINUTES.

A delay exceeding 20 minutes may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit.

This policy responds to the need to respect the reserved time, the preparation of the work area, and subsequent appointments.

When UTV determines that it is possible to accommodate the client despite the delay, it may do so without being obligated to repeat that exception in future appointments.

11 / NO-SHOW

Failure to attend without prior notice is considered a no-show.

In the event of a no-show:

  • — the appointment is cancelled;
  • — the deposit is forfeited;
  • — a new deposit will be required to book again.

12 / CANCELLATION BY UTV

When Under The Vøid must cancel a previously confirmed appointment for reasons attributable to the studio or the assigned professional, the client will have priority to select a new available date.

If the client cannot or does not wish to accept a reasonable new date, they may request a full refund of the deposit paid.

The refund will correspond to the amount actually paid as the deposit.

13 / COMPANIONS

Each client may be accompanied by a maximum of:

ONE PERSON.

For hygiene, concentration, safety, and control of the procedure area, the companion must remain outside the work area during the execution of the tattoo or piercing.

This restriction does not apply when the presence of a parent or legal guardian is necessary to meet requirements applicable to a minor.

14 / AGE & IDENTIFICATION

Under The Vøid may request valid official identification before performing any procedure.

TATTOOS

Under The Vøid maintains an internal policy of performing tattoos exclusively on persons 18 years of age or older.

PIERCING OF MINORS

Under The Vøid may consider certain piercings for persons under 18 only after an assessment.

It will be essential for the minor to be physically accompanied by:

  • — father;
  • — mother; or
  • — legal guardian.

The responsible adult must:

  • — present identification;
  • — prove their relationship or legal authority where applicable;
  • — grant and sign the corresponding consent.

Identification documentation for the minor may also be requested.

The presence and authorization of the responsible adult does not imply that any piercing may be performed.

UTV may refuse a piercing when anatomy, placement, jewelry type, particular characteristics, or professional judgment indicate that the procedure is not appropriate.

15 / PROCEDURE CONDITIONS

Under The Vøid may postpone or refuse a procedure when conditions exist that prevent performing it responsibly.

The person must truthfully provide the required information through the corresponding questionnaire.

A procedure will not be performed when the person appears in conditions that compromise their ability to give informed consent, understand the procedure, or follow safety instructions.

The decision to perform or not perform the procedure must be based on health, technical, and professional criteria.

16 / INFORMED CONSENT

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions does not replace the informed consent corresponding to the procedure.

Before a tattoo or piercing, the following may be required:

  • — identification;
  • — health questionnaire;
  • — information related to the procedure;
  • — reading and signing of informed consent;
  • — confirmation of prior preparation;
  • — acceptance of aftercare instructions.

The client may ask questions before the procedure begins.

17 / HYGIENE & SAFETY

Procedures must be performed in accordance with applicable health regulations and Under The Vøid's operational protocols.

Station preparation, barrier management, sharps handling, disinfection, waste, and other health-related elements must be carried out in accordance with applicable provisions.

Tattoos and piercings are procedures performed on living tissue and are not completely free of risks, individual reactions, or variations in healing.

Specific information about risks is provided through the corresponding informed consent.

No provision of these Terms is intended to eliminate rights that legally belong to the consumer.

18 / TATTOO TOUCH-UPS

Under The Vøid may perform a touch-up at no additional cost when, after healing and the corresponding assessment, it is determined that the need for the touch-up stems from a deficiency attributable to the execution of the tattoo.

Coverage does not apply when there are reasonable indications that the alteration stems from:

  • — inadequate aftercare;
  • — manipulation;
  • — improper exposure;
  • — trauma;
  • — failure to follow instructions;
  • — voluntary changes requested later;
  • — factors external to the original execution.

The eligibility of the touch-up will be determined through an assessment of the tattoo once its condition allows it to be properly reviewed.

19 / FOLLOW-UP

Under The Vøid offers post-procedure follow-up during the first:

4 WEEKS.

During this period, the client is invited to communicate with the studio to share the evolution of the procedure and resolve questions related to the indicated aftercare.

The client is also invited to communicate when the procedure has completed its healing process so that the corresponding follow-up can be conducted.

Studio support does not replace medical attention when it is necessary.

20 / PHOTOGRAPHY & DOCUMENTATION

Under The Vøid documents completed work photographically as part of its visual archive and project follow-up.

The publication of photographs or videos for purposes of:

  • — portfolio;
  • — website;
  • — social media;
  • — promotion;
  • — brand communication;

will be subject to the client's corresponding authorization.

When the image allows the person to be identified, express consent will be requested for its publication.

Refusing to authorize the promotional use of one's image does not condition the provision of the service.

Image authorization must be presented separately or sufficiently differentiated from the consent necessary to perform the procedure.

21 / TATTOO SCHOOL — PROGRAM NATURE

Tattoo School is an in-person training program organized through levels, guided practice, and feedback.

Enrollment in the program does not constitute a guarantee of:

  • — professional results;
  • — employment;
  • — official certification;
  • — government accreditation;
  • — a specific technical level within a fixed timeframe;
  • — automatic access to real-skin practice.

Progression depends on the participant's work, attendance, practice, and internal evaluation.

22 / TATTOO SCHOOL — PLANS & ENROLLMENT

Current schedules, plans, and prices are shown in the official Tattoo School section at the time of enrollment.

Enrollment costs:

$500 MXN PER THREE-MONTH PERIOD.

Enrollment:

  • — is paid in addition to the selected plan;
  • — is not included in the monthly or quarterly price;
  • — is non-refundable.

Spots are subject to availability and group capacity.

23 / TATTOO SCHOOL — PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION & TRANSFERS

Payments made through monthly installments or quarterly periods of Tattoo School:

  • — are non-refundable;
  • — cannot be frozen;
  • — cannot be transferred to another person.

A student's personal inability to continue attending does not generate an automatic right to a refund, freezing, or transfer of the plan.

24 / TATTOO SCHOOL — ATTENDANCE & MAKEUP CLASSES

When a student cannot attend a class, they must notify Tattoo School with a minimum of:

24 HOURS' NOTICE.

When notice is given within this timeframe, the class may be made up in another available block, subject to capacity and group organization.

When notice is given with less than 24 hours' notice or there is an unexcused absence, the class will be considered used and a makeup will not be mandatory.

When a class is cancelled by Under The Vøid or Tattoo School, it will be made up without affecting the number of classes corresponding to the student.

Makeup classes are subject to availability and do not by themselves modify the overall duration of the contracted plan.

25 / TATTOO SCHOOL — MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT

The materials and equipment necessary to develop the program's classes and exercises are provided within Tattoo School.

All materials and equipment provided by Tattoo School remain the property of Tattoo School or Under The Vøid, as applicable.

They are provided exclusively for use during classes and authorized activities.

Enrollment or payment of a plan does not imply the acquisition, delivery, assignment, or ownership by the student of:

  • — machines;
  • — power supplies or batteries;
  • — tools;
  • — cartridges;
  • — needles;
  • — pigments;
  • — synthetic skin;
  • — consumables;
  • — protective equipment;
  • — practice materials;
  • — any other equipment used during the training.

No materials or equipment provided for class may be removed from the studio without express authorization.

26 / PROGRESSION TO REAL-SKIN PRACTICE

Access to supervised practice on real skin does not depend solely on time spent in the program.

To determine the apprentice's readiness, the following may be considered:

  • — compliance with protocols;
  • — station preparation;
  • — technical control;
  • — consistency;
  • — ability to incorporate feedback;
  • — general readiness for the procedure.

Real-skin practice may only be performed when the project, the participant, and the procedure meet the corresponding internal and legal/health requirements.

Technical supervision does not replace the authorizations or health requirements that are legally mandated.

27 / SUPERVISED-PRACTICE MODELS

Persons interested in participating as models must first submit their project for assessment.

The assessment must be conducted BEFORE allowing the practice booking.

Not all projects, styles, body areas, sizes, or levels of complexity can be performed within this modality.

Selection will depend on:

  • — technical objective of the practice;
  • — level of the available apprentice;
  • — characteristics of the project;
  • — body area;
  • — available time;
  • — conditions necessary to perform the procedure properly.

28 / SUPERVISED-PRACTICE PAYMENT

Once the project is approved, the person may book a supervised practice session.

The payment is:

$300 MXN.

This amount:

  • — is the only payment corresponding to the session;
  • — covers the full session;
  • — is non-refundable;
  • — does not generate an additional balance.

It does not constitute Tattoo School enrollment or monthly tuition.

The calendar may display the expression "Total amount MX$300".

In this modality, that amount does represent the single, complete payment for the supervised practice.

Before the procedure, it will be necessary to complete the corresponding identification, health information, and informed consent requirements.

29 / PAYMENTS & PAYMENT METHODS

Under The Vøid may enable different payment methods.

The service amount will not increase solely for using one of the payment methods offered by UTV, unless an applicable external condition is expressly communicated before completing the transaction.

Before paying, the person should know:

  • — concept;
  • — amount;
  • — purpose of the payment;
  • — applicable conditions.

UTV will not request, through ordinary forms, email, or messages, complete banking information that must be processed exclusively through secure payment platforms.

30 / PRICES & FUTURE CHANGES

Under The Vøid may modify prices, rates, plans, and commercial conditions for future transactions.

A subsequent change will not retroactively modify a transaction already paid or confirmed, unless by agreement with the client or a substantial modification requested by the client that alters the original scope of the service.

In the event of a discrepancy between outdated information and the information presented in the current contracting process, UTV must clarify the amount before completing the transaction.

31 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The graphic identity, logos, texts, photographs, interfaces, editorial content, and other protectable elements of the site belong to Under The Vøid or are used with authorization from their respective owners.

Publishing content on the site does not imply authorization to reproduce, modify, commercialize, or use it beyond the limits permitted by applicable law.

Rights corresponding to designs and works created by the artists will be respected in accordance with applicable law and existing agreements with their authors.

32 / THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & SERVICES

The site integrates or links to services managed by third parties, including platforms for:

  • — booking;
  • — payment processing;
  • — maps;
  • — messaging;
  • — social media.

Under The Vøid does not control certain expressions or interface elements specific to those providers.

For this reason, expressions such as "Total amount" may remain visible within external calendars.

UTV provides clarifications in its own interface when the meaning displayed by the platform may cause confusion about the nature of the payment.

33 / TECHNICAL ERRORS & AVAILABILITY

Schedule availability may change in real time.

If there is a manifest error related to:

  • — price;
  • — date;
  • — availability;
  • — calendar functionality;
  • — service information;

UTV will inform the affected person as soon as reasonably possible and before proceeding with a transaction dependent on that error.

When a valid and paid reservation already exists, any adjustment must be made respecting the applicable conditions and the consumer's corresponding rights.

34 / EXTERNAL LINKS

The site may include links to platforms such as:

  • — Instagram;
  • — WhatsApp;
  • — Google Maps;
  • — booking providers;
  • — payment providers.

The functionality, policies, availability, and interfaces of those platforms depend on their respective operators.

The existence of a link does not modify the obligations that correspond to Under The Vøid regarding the service directly contracted with the studio.

35 / PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data is governed by Under The Vøid's Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

Available at:

/en/privacy

These Terms do not replace that Notice nor constitute consent for purposes that legally require independent authorization.

36 / COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The site uses technologies necessary for its proper functioning and may use optional analytics or measurement technologies when the person grants the corresponding authorization.

Preferences can be managed through:

COOKIE PREFERENCES.

Technologies classified as non-essential must respect the choice made by the user through the consent system implemented on the site.

37 / CONSUMER RIGHTS

No provision of these Terms should be interpreted as a waiver of the rights that belong to consumers under applicable law.

Clauses relating to:

  • — deposits;
  • — rescheduling;
  • — cancellations;
  • — risks;
  • — payments;
  • — third-party platforms;

are not intended to exclude legal obligations that correspond to Under The Vøid.

38 / MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

Under The Vøid may update these Terms when there are changes:

  • — operational;
  • — commercial;
  • — technological;
  • — regulatory;
  • — in the services offered.

The last-updated date will be shown at the beginning of the document.

Changes will not retroactively modify the conditions of a previously confirmed transaction, unless by valid agreement or applicable legal provision.

39 / LAW & AUTHORITIES

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable law of the United Mexican States.

Nothing in this document limits the right of consumers to appear before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor) or any other competent authority.
